The 600,000tpy Corn Input Deep Processing to Starch and Liquid Glucose Comprehensive Utilization Project is a large-scale, high-efficiency agro-industrial integration initiative dedicated to maximizing the value of corn resources through advanced deep processing technology. Covering the entire industrial chain from raw material handling to finished product delivery, the project encompasses a full suite of core facilities and professional services to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance.
Key components of the project include a reliable water supply station equipped with advanced purification and circulation systems to meet the high-demand water requirements of production processes; spacious and well-organized raw material & products warehouses featuring temperature and humidity control functions, ensuring the preservation of corn raw materials and finished products (starch, liquid glucose, corn oil, etc.) with strict quality standards. The corn receiving & purification system integrates automated weighing, cleaning, and grading equipment, effectively removing impurities and guaranteeing the purity of raw materials for subsequent processing.
At the heart of the project are specialized production workshops: the corn starch workshop adopts state-of-the-art wet milling technology to extract high-purity starch with high yield; the germ press & oil extraction workshop efficiently separates and processes corn germ to produce high-quality edible oil and by-products; the liquid glucose workshop utilizes enzymatic hydrolysis technology to manufacture various specifications of liquid glucose tailored to food, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications. Supporting these production units is a sophisticated automatic control center, which realizes real-time monitoring, precise parameter adjustment, and intelligent operation of the entire production line, ensuring stability, safety, and energy efficiency.
Beyond facility construction, the project provides end-to-end services including overall planning, professional engineering design, on-site commissioning, and comprehensive technical training for operators and management teams. Adhering to the principles of circular economy and environmental protection, the project optimizes resource utilization and minimizes waste emissions, making it a model of sustainable development in the corn deep processing industry.
