Evaporator

The HM-EV-T series TVR Evaporator System is a high-efficiency evaporation and concentration unit designed on the principle of vacuum low-temperature evaporation. By recycling and reusing secondary steam multiple times, it achieves significant steam energy savings. Available in configurations ranging from single-effect, double-effect, triple-effect, quadruple-effect to five-effect, the system can be tailored to meet specific evaporation capacity and energy efficiency requirements. In terms of structural design, it offers three main types: falling film, forced falling film, and forced circulation.


This versatile system is ideally suited for the evaporation of heat-sensitive, high-concentration, high-viscosity, and corrosive materials. It finds wide application across multiple industries, including: concentration of corn steeping liquid and maltose syrup in the starch & glucose industry; concentration of fruit juice and flavoring liquids in the food industry; concentration of liquid milk in the dairy industry; concentration of sugar juice in the sugar industry; and concentration of distiller's grains filtrate in the alcohol industry.

MVR Evaporator System

HM-EV-M series MVR evaporator system compress the secondary steam generated by the steam according to the principle of mechanical compression, so as to raise its temperature to a certain extent and return the heating system to replace the raw steam as the heat source of the heater, so as to make full use of the waste steam, recover the latent heat, improve the thermal efficiency, and achieve the purpose of saving steam energy. At the same time, it also reduces the demand for external cooling resources, reduces energy consumption and reduces pollution. This product is mainly used in multi - effect evaporation and crystallization equipment.
