Peeler Centrifuge

HM-PC-P series peeler centrifuge, after full running, open the feed valve, the separated suspension through the hopper into the drum and evenly distributed on the inner wall of the drum filter medium. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase is flung out of the drum through the filter medium and the holes on the drum, while the solid phase is trapped on the filter medium to form a filter cake. When the filter slag layer reaches a certain thickness, close the feed valve to wash the solid, and then dry. Finally, the filter slag layer is removed by rotating scraper, and the material is discharged out of the machine by shuttle groove or spiral conveyance.
